What happens after purchase?

Upon purchase, an ETN rep will be in contact with you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday), where they will;

  • Determine your needs and wants

    A zoom or face-to-face meeting can occur whereby ETN will ask some questions to best address your needs and requirements.

  • Select the courses you want

    Select the courses you would like to include in your bundle, and provide documents such as relevant policies/procedures and style guides.

  • Wait for your login

    Leave us some time (roughly 1-2 weeks) to get your courses up and running.

What is included?

Each package has a different amount of courses and benefits. You can always start with the lowest package and work your way up if your needs change.

  • Each course is branded to your organisation

  • Each course identifies relevant company policy if appropriate

  • Each course comes with multiple choice questions to test user understanding

  • Each course is kept up to date with the latest interviews and legislation

  • Each course provides a branded completion certificate

  • Up to 150 usersfor all packages, additional fees apply for up to 500 users.

  • Hosted on the ETN LMS

Pricing options

All packages include up to 150 users and branding of courses. The Gold package includes a branded site* as well as additional user permissions. *Please note a $500 setup fee applies for the Gold Package.
